Great people to work with

Joe Lucas Attorney at Law…… Attorney at Law, according to Joe Lucas “Attorney at Law” that is a phrase by definition not observed with Joe Lucas and his staff. This guy is a total clown. I hired Joe to close on both my properties! At first Joe Lucas sells himself with a good dog and pony show full of smoking mirrors, making promises to make you feel are in good hands. Immediately after the closing on my properties and the monies are paid to Joe, for some reason Joe seems to vanish into the woodwork never to be found again, leaving his paralegals such as Kristen Landowski dealing with valid legal question and serious situations which require the Attorney’s professional advice and intervention. In the wake my closings, there were many issues, missed information and payments for services which were to be paid which was left to the client. As a professional Law Firm you would assume your case will be handled correctly with the utmost customer service at the forefront? However, what you are led to believe in and the actuality is very disappointing. If you ever need to visit Joe Lucas’s office, whether you have an appointment or not, you are met by his Administration Assistant; Lisa Brown who has a rude disposition and cold demeanor whom will immediate kick out of the office and slam the door in your face. You are literally left to feel insignificant! My advice to all seeking any legal assistance that Joe Lucas claims he can to handle! DO NOT Hire this second rate class clown! Please spare yourself any regrets, get out the Yellow Pages! You’d have a better chance at finding a quality attorney who will treat you with the respect you deserve rather than an annoyance!

Have to say, Ed has done a great job so far. Is he a lawyer, who in the end charges by the hour? Yes. But he was open and honest, and it didn't seem like he was trying to drag out a case to earn more. To be fair, both situations I had with him didn't exactly encourage that kind of behavior, but he seemed to try to get to the root of the problem and address it as quickly as possible, and has had my best interests in mind. My family has had plenty of issues with lawyers abusing the pay by the hour or court appearance model. I can only speak from the limited experience I had, but what I've seen, I'd recommend his, and Lucas Law's service.

My father had been so happy working with Joe and his team for the past 20+ years, that I decided to work with them on various legal items. That was 7+ years ago, and every interaction has been top notch! Whether you need an estate plan, real estate closing, or any other legal issues, they will provide excellent work, personal attention, and are extremely reasonable in their costs. If you are on the fence about working with them, just do it - you wont regret it.
