Piercey & Associates came highly recommended to me by my mother, who had her estate planned with Rodney Piercey. When mom passed, Ken Piercey walked me through everything I needed to do as the new trustee of her trust. Ken answered all of my questions and made sure I understood exactly what he was telling me. It was a great experience. When it came time to set up my trust, it was an easy decision for me to follow mom's advice and go back to Piercey & Associates. I highly recommend them to anyone; and I will be a return customer the next time I need their services.

Used Steve for residential property purchase. He was almost never available (phone or email), and seemed to only fulfill obligations when forcefully demanded. Very uncharacteristic of attorneys. Maybe he is too busy and should focus on service rather than closing.

I was very impressed with this attorney. I have purchased a few properties over the years and used different lawyers, but he totally exceeded my expectations. Steven is not only very knowledgeable, but he also will do anything, even call after hours (9pm, a few different times) to go over the contract, terms, and other questions or issues that were concerning to me and my husband. He never rushed our conversations (like others), and always was there to help. I am very impressed with how he goes above and beyond his job duties to make sure that everyone is well informed and things go smoothly.
