I've been using Steve Nicholas and his team for real estate for 30 years. They are absolutely top notch. They are always ahead of the game, and well-prepared. Having transacted numerous properties, I've seen the counter-parties' attorneys, and none of them have been as well prepared as Steve and his team (special mention of Nancy, Her, and Kayla).
Their communication is fantastic and you can focus on all the other things going on while you are buying/selling a home.
