We use Steve Nicholas for all our real estate transactions. I cannot recall how many transactions, but every transaction over the past 20 years has been amazing. No issues, and flawless. Nancy, Hee Jae, Kayla, and Steve are always at top of their game. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Not trying to sell Steve and team, just stating facts. You will not be disappointed. I am a tough customer, when it comes to service and expectations, and honestly, you can't go wrong. Piercey & Associates are wonderful!

I closed on my home in August 2022. From the very beginning Stacy (Paralegal) and Michael (Attorney) were very helpful and open to answering all my questions.
