I've worked with Steve Nicholas on three separate occasions. He's great at what he does and a pleasure to work with. Nancy McWilliams fought hard for us when we had an issue with our lender and had to change companies. She was polite, yet forceful. These are definitely the people you want on your side.

Piercey & Associates were a pleasure to work with. Michael Murphy and his assistant Jolyn took care of everything we needed for our real estate sale. It had added complexity as it was part of a Trust, and they had all the I's dotted and the T's crossed, and knew exactly what had to be done. And when negotiations with the buyers got a bit crazy, they gave us sound advice. I also met with Rodney Piercey to consult on Trust execution for my father's estate and he was wonderful about explaining things so I could understand, pointed out what my father's attorney had done well and not so well, and gave recommendations on how to handle a few outstanding items that the previous attorney never bothered to explain or even mention. Based on his advise, I was able to accomplish something in a matter of days that the previous attorney had washed their hands of almost a year ago. I will definitely be looking to use Piercey & Associates to update our wills and legal documents along with create a trust for ourselves as well.
