I was terrified to start this process but Brad (and Susie in the office) made it an easy process start to finish. Very clear cut and all my questions were answered (and I asked a Ton!) Would absolutely recommend working with Brad!

There are so many attorneys out there offering bankruptcy services that I thought it would be a nightmare finding the right attorney. After doing some research, I spoke with Brad. He put me at ease in our first meeting and I knew I would hire him for my case. Brad and Susie (his Senior Legal Assistant) both are very knowledgeable in bankruptcy law. When I reached out to Brad I was desperate; loaded down in debt and felt I could not get myself above water at that point. Brad reviewed my info and said I was a fit for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and it would take 5 years to pay back. It actually took a little less and now that I've been discharged I feel like a new person, all thanks to his work & care in taking on my case. I have a new outlook on life! and my credit score is actually pretty good with just finishing a Chapter 13th; I feel like I can now move on, I learned a lot through the process and feel like a new person.

Filing for bankruptcy is not an easy decision to make. Wondering if your counsel is properly representing you is something you don't want to add to your bucket of troubles. I NEVER had that feeling during my process. Brad was everything I needed in a lawyer. He was professional , respectful of my time, non-condescending, and reasonably priced. Susie ensured that I always knew what was needed of me and where we were in the process. Her communication was prompt and precise. I listened to everything he said and followed everything legally. Then I was less than 6 months left in my bankruptcy and Brad Covey suggested that I pay off my Chapter 13 and I was set free. Hiring Brad Covey was the BEST THING I EVER DID!! He also has the most Wonderful Legal Assistant Suzie, that answered questions and helped me through this process and led me to Brad when she did not have answers to my questions. Brad would call me back immediately, that is how he really cares. This is more than a job position, his heart is really in this work to see people set free. Things happen in life many times that are beyond our control, and we need to realize that Brad is a man that can help you be set free and begin a new life. I am now starting a New Life, because of all the excellent service from Brad and his Wonderful assistant Suzie. Brad and Suzie, you have been a God thing in my life.
