I hired Mr. Matthew C Downs in 2016, this was my experience:
-Arrived a minimum of 2-3 hours late for every court date.
-He would overbook several clients on the same date/hours
-Never prepared for the case due to overbooking
-He told me everything I wanted to hear in the beginning so I would hire him.
-I paid him in full up front, a big mistake on my part.
I'm very disappointed I put my life in his hands without knowing how little attention he would give to my case.
