Very recently I had the pleasure of working with Justin Kuehn, my providing information and support on behalf of his client subject to serious felony charges. I became involved because the client is an individual with whom I have a relationship as a mentor on various life issues. As an executive in the private industry, my experience in dealing with legal matters has entailed the services of corporate attorneys, not those involved in criminal defense. I hired Mr Kuehne 8 years ago after firing Scott Rosenbloom. Mr. Rosenbloom wanted me to take a deal that included giving up my brother. Needless to say taking a deal wasn’t an option. I hired Justin and he was extremely confident telling me he just won 9 cases in a row. He asked me “did I think we would win?” I said” No, I just want you to fight for me” I wasn’t impressed I was only concerned with my case. I told him I wasn’t going to CO OPERATE at ALL and trial was the only option. On very short notice he took my case and performed in a PERRY Mason like way! He is unbelievable and a bulldog! I got in a situation with an old friend that I haven't associated with in 25 to 30 years........Just chatted with him over the years....He wanted to move back into the area form Arizona......To make a long story short I became entangled in his illegal activities and as him and his associates were being followed by the Federal agents and Hence arrested , his associates included me in their racketeering and said many incriminating stories about me that were false......I was guilty of the fact that I knew what they were doing and had one instance where I could have been found guilty as I was indicted and the charged.......Justin Kuehn handled my case with professional assurance and skill and was well respected by Prosecuting Staff of the Federal Government.....After 4 offers from the Prosecuters I finally accepted a 4 year probation......Their offers went form the initial 15 years in Prison to 7 yrs.....to 30 months......to 12 months and then finally the 4 year probation which was all orchestrated by Justin in a very calm and professional manner......I am very Grateful to have had him represent me in my time of despair ! These are brilliant attorneys who think outside the box. If you are ever wrongfully accused of any criminal matter by the courts, I would strongly encourage you to seek the ones who genuinely care. Justin and his partner Derek worked diligently to get the outcome we deserved. It was a holiday weekend and they where away from there families working for us. Mr. Kuehn helped my wife & I with a DCFS case. A child suffered an accidental injury at our home while under the supervision of my wife.
