Great attorney and staff! The entire adoption process seemed so overwhelming, and those feelings were quickly put to rest. The entire office helped navigate through the process and answered any questions I had. When everything was over they didn't just drop the case, a few questions still came up and they answered without hesitation! Thank you to this office for going to what I felt was above and beyond!

Yay, I am finally divorced. I just want to give a big shout out to Christopher B Smith with Wellar Law Firm , who took his time to sit down with me and go over the paperwork and explained to me how to proceed on filing the papers with the courts. I was completely lost and did not know how to proceed to make this divorce happen. With his help I was able to get through this trying time. I greatly appreciate what this gentleman did. I started with Stan in 2018 for a family case as a father trying to get visitation with my children. Due to the extreme circumstances of the case it ended up being combined between a juvenile DCFS case and a family case. Stan guided me every step of the way through the entire process. He was there whenever I needed to call, he was the best I’ve ever seen in the court room, and most importantly won time and time again. I went from not having a relationship with my kids to having sole parental responsibility of the kids. Stan is absolutely top notch. Thank you Stan.

I could never of had a better lawyer, very professional and honest with you. He stuck with me for 3 years up and downs and we ended up winning sole custody of my son. He is very good at what he does. We had to go-to trial and you could definitely tell who the better lawyer was. Stan was very detailed and did everything right. I am very grateful he stood by my side the whole way through.
