I found myself in a situation which resulted in a DUI charge, and Erin did an awesome job negotiating with the prosecutor. This resulted with me pleading to a lower charge. I would highly recommend her and her firm.

I recently hired Erin to represent and defend me against the tyrants of Monroe County. She was very professional and to the point, not leaving any stone unturned. My issue was handled quickly even with all the hoops those “good ole boys” put us through.

I purchased a Christmas decoration after Christmas 2021; it worked just fine when I plugged it in at home. The first night I plugged it in during the Christmas 2022 season, it caught fire. MLBShop refused to refund my money. Erin was able to use the transcript of my chat with the customer service representative to argue that MLBShop had waived any warranty, and I got my full refund. Her primary practice may be criminal law, but Erin did a fantastic job in this contract matter.
