Gary and his staff genuinely care about his clients and work to ensure that they are always well informed and taken care of.

They were awful. I could never get a hold of my attorney because she was "always in court." They did absolutely nothing they said they would do other than charge me tons of money. I had a domestic violence case where my husband was using drugs. It was crucial that he be drug tested. They were supposed to motion for a hair follicle drug test, but put it off as it was obviously not important to them that my children's lives were in danger. I will never recommend them to anyone. What a complete waste. I now have a very aggressive, professional attorney who is always looking out for mine and my children's best interest.

Went for free consultation and completely wasted my time.. talked too me walked out probably because im not high class.. horrible experience and wouldnt recommend him unless your upper class

What a JOKE. Went 3 weeks of not returning phone calls, e-mails. Finally got a bill for over $800 on a Monday called and the secretary told me they would use my retaining fee towards fee and made an appointment to talk to Jennifer on Thursday, well Wednesday got a bill for over $1200 wasn't worried cause suppose to talk to Jennifer the next day. NO CALL instead got a certified letter saying their dropping my case due to non payment ALL WITH IN A WEEK. called and demanded to talk to Blake got a call from some Nathen. Charged for reading e-mails that were never read. When Blake screwed up my income in court and called to talk to them never again got a phone call back instead i got an e-mail. I ended up having to hire another lawyer to fix their mistakes they never told me about motion to reconsider you only have 30 days to file. They didn't care about me or my family we spent $3750 and would have been better off to not even show up for court on my own. If you like just giving money away with no result call this law firm, if you prefer someone that will help call ANYBODY else.

Blake wouldn't listen and tried to milk a retainer fee instead of providing the best services for his client

Had an free no fee consultation. When i spoke he seemed impatiently rude with listening to anything i had to say, then within a few minutes he wanted to discuss payment before he gave me any information. I didn't even know if i needed a lawyer yet, and just wanted to discuss and ask about how child mediation works. Got no relevant information about the process.

Put a $1,000 deposit on a child custody case. Court appearance was reschedule 3 times and I had 3 different lawyers from this firm show up as my "lawyer" to the courthouse. Not 1 of them knew anything about my case. I was then sent a $3,000 bill and we never even seen a judge. The charges were for "paperwork" according to this scandalous firm.

Edward Blake was extremely rude, cut me off when at almost every sentence, and then just told me how much it would cost to hire him and then conversation was done. I would never recommend him to anyone, in fact I called the Illinois Lawyer Finder that told me about him to let them know what a jerk he was and will let anyone that needs a lawyer know to avoid this place like a black plague. I wish I could give zero stars!

Scheduled an appointment to have a free consultation regarding the legal aspects of rental property. The lawyer acted like I was wasting his time and kept referring me to a Tax Specialist even though my questions were regarding legal aspects like leases and LLC's. I will not do business with this law firm. Very bad first impression.

I wanted to pay an attorney for 1 hour and get some advice on a tax issue. Was told the initial consultation was free. Only advice during the consultation was to tell me how high the fees were and no discussion until retainer was paid. Not a good experience at all. thanks for nothing,

It was very difficult to get ahold of them unless i owed them money. I feel i would have been better off defending myself!! They bled me for money and in the end were less than helpful, BIG promises and very small results!
