Attacked by three 60 pound plus dogs two years ago in my own front yard in O'Fallon, Illinois is how my story begins. Not only was I attacked and seriously injured, but my dachshund was also seriously injured. We both required multiple laceration repairs and suffered painful soft tissue trauma. My left shoulder was seriously injured requiring shoulder injections, two surgeries, and months of physical therapy. I was left unable to work for months because of my surgeries, limited range of motion, and pain. I will eventually need a left shoulder replacement. Our wounds healed but my dog and I remain fearful of other dogs! For a year and one-half, I dealt with the insurance company on my own. I struggled to get them to approve treatments, pay bills, any money as I was unable to work due to my injuries, or just to settle the case. What a waste of my time!!!! I finally realized I was getting no where fast. The insurance company had no intention of treating me fairly. My friend recommended I contact Attorney Reed Nelson. It can't hurt to talk to him was my initial response. Smartest move I could have made! I called their office immediately! They listened to my story and advised they would have Mr. Nelson contact me! Attorney Reed Nelson called the next day and accepted my case! I appreciated not having to go into the office as almost the entire matter was handled via phone or e-mail (super convenient)!!!! My phone calls were promptly returned. I always spoke to a real person and not a recording!!!! Mr. Nelson or his secretary, Vanessa, kept me updated about the progress of the settlement, offer amounts, and dates of expected action or response. Within several months, I had a six figure settlement check in my hands. The settlement amount was far more than I had been offered on my own or even expected! I know this was a difficult case with many twists and turns but Reed Nelson kept pushing ahead! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard and diligent work. Personal injury or worker's compensation claim-this is the ONLY law firm I will use!!!!!

Reed and his team were excellent to work with. They handled my personal injurie case effectively and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Dane and team in Belleville delivered on their promise. They promised to do whatever they could to get me what they felt I deserved and they delivered. They were quick to respond and very professional! I had a serious car accident in Shiloh, one that caused me an injury requiring surgery. Dane was able to get my medical bills handled and his team took care of contacting the providers. He also got my insurance to take care of me financially through an under insured motorist claim (UIM). They were able to secure a medical license reduction from my bills. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case and will definitely be using them in the future, if needed!

I am a healthcare worker who injured my rotator cuff during one of my shifts at a local hospital. After being denied physical therapy, a very well known lawyer in St. Louis Highly recommend Dane Nelson for the Illinois side. After I called him, I was immediately approved for physical therapy and was even compensated a lump sum in the end that I wasn’t expecting!!!! I'm writing this review on my fathers behalf. There are so many amazing things we could say about Nelson and Nelson but we'll limit to a few. Nelson and Nelson Law firm has been by far the most amazing , caring , respectful and just all around a very friendly office. They have taken the time to care for my father after his accident. They crossed all T's and dotted all the I's. They left no stone un-turned. They even included myself as my fathers daughter in on what was happening as long as my father agreed on my sit ins. My father who is sitting here watching me write this can finally breath after a long process thanks to Reed Nelson and his team. We both will always speak highly and recommend Nelson and Nelson in any unfortunate situation.
