The experience I received at Nelson and Nelson was so professional. I was hit head on by a driver that exited his lane, crossed the center turn lane and hit me on the passenger side.. This totaled my newer pickup . I was off work without a vehicle and many hospital bills. Reed and his staff at Nelson and Nelson made me feel at ease from the beginning with mostly paperless system sending my paperwork over the computer. This helped so much especially after getting back to work. I drive a semi working a great deal of hrs. My questions were answered quickly with no rush to explain anything I had concern with.
