I was in desperate need of help with a tenant who owed me several months rent ect. Unlike most lawyers there first instinct was how much money they can make. Matt was not like that at all. Matt wanted to find out how he could help the situation and gave me great advice. He ended up coming through big time! I suggest anyone looking for someone to represent them to highly consider Matt. He will care about you above himself. That is very important.
