I was in my first car wreck and didn't know what steps to take. I was worried how I was going to replace my car and deal with my injuries. I contacted Hipskind & McAninch on a weekend. Mr John Hipskind got intouch with me the same day and started the ball rolling. Mr John swiftly got my vehicle replaced from the insurance company. He also got me placed with specialists to take care of my injuries. For the short few months that it took Mr Hipskind to settle my case he was always within reach if I had a question or concern. He never gave me false information or promises. He took care of business quickly and with much better results than we had ever dreamed for. Hopefully I'm never in need of another lawyer but if I am Mr John will surely get my business.

John T Hipskind, the first lawyer i will never forget. A handsome lawyer who’s consistent with his work and takes his clients in as family. Not once has he avoided my calls even when I called him 3 plus times in a month for an update on my case even if there’s nothing new he’ll double check for you. NEVER will he give you the same vague answer. His style is classic, his attitude is reassuring, and last but not least he’s a very protective lawyer who will never let his clients get the bad end of the stick.
