I received a ticket by a Fairview Cop for leaving the scene of an accident. There was NO accident, or I would have stayed. I felt the need to get an attorney as I could see the railroad tracks coming my way. If you are like me, you despise having to pay attorney fees. Read reviews of Jason Going and took a chance. So glad I did. He took charge and kept me informed as to what was occurring in this foolish case. After six months of nothing happening, Jason convinced the State's Attorney that the "victim" was a liar and they dismissed the case. Very impressed with this man. Initially thought the charge was a bit high, but realize now you get what you pay for(most times). I would highly recommend anyone that is over their head with an issue with the law to contact Mr. Going to work on your behalf. I COULD NOT be happier with the results.
