John Hipskind and his team are some of the most compassionate and communicative individuals you'll meet. John thoroughly explained every step in the process from a legal standpoint, but also touched based frequently to give well-wishes for my recovery. John and his team are extremely professional and treat you with dignity and respect at a time when you most need it. He took the time to answer all of my questions, responded to emails and phone calls extremely quickly, and made sure I understood everything during each of our conversations. I also appreciate that he asked "am I catching you at a good time" each time he called - that simple courtesy spoke volumes! I highly recommend John not only for his outstanding legal expertise and ability to settle cases quickly and fairly, but for his unmatched compassion for each client. I will be forever grateful for his help during my time of need.

I originally thought I could deal with insurance to settle our accident claim; however, the amount of time and hassle far exceeded what I originally thought. I quickly regretted not having a knowledgeable lawyer to navigate the process. John Hipskind came to the rescue at the end to make sure we did not sign an agreement that we would regret. Thank You. If I could give John Hipskind 10 stars I would. I can’t say enough about our experience with him. Me and my family were in a bad car accident and he was the first person who came to mind to help us and I’m so thankful he did. John from beginning to end walked us through what the process was, answered any and all questions we had and was quick to help us find the help we needed with our recovery from PT to Doctors John helped with it all. This accident came right before my family had to move to Europe and even through the move both John & Jen were easy to get a hold of and schedule calls if needed. John supported our recovery even through our move. He never made us feel rushed to end treatment and always encouraged us to complete treatment and to recover. John from start to finish was kind, caring, and supportive. We couldn’t of asked for a better out come in our case and truly can’t thank John enough for sticking with us even half way across the world!
