She seemed like a very nice person, but the more I got to know her and her assistant I realized how unprofessional and uncaring both of these woman are. You have to send multiple emails and call day after day to get a response. They tell you they will follow up with you and never do. Time frame is and never has been an issue but I want to know what is going on as I assume anyone would. I would get told one thing and then speak to the other and get a different answer. On top of that she advised me to just take the first offer from the insurance, I'm assuming she just didn't want to work with my case anymore, which is very bad practice. I hope it's it because she is still young and learning because overall it was a horrible experience
