An impressive outfit. Couldn't have asked for more. Prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I had a terrific experience working with Mr. Cheely and his staff. No issues. We hope to work with them again. I'm having a hard time believing the critical reviews are about the same office. Maybe they were written by competitors, trying to sully Mr. Cheely's good name.

As first time home buyers our experience with Mr. Cheely and his team exceeded our expectations. He was not only incredibly professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable you can also tell he truly cares about his clients. Shout out to Julie as well who made this process amazing, stress free, and smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone! No one can beat the level of service.

Quick to take money but very slow giving it back! Lack of communication!

Jose & Robert were heaven sent and I'm glad me and my family chose to reach out. My mother passed away and left her property in her trust/will but because this is my first time dealing with this type of thing I didn't know what to do to get it transfered. At first me and my family went to her lawyer that she used to when she was alive. That lawyer hustled us out of 300 for a consultation after implying it would be free and then tried to get a retainer for 3000 but luckily we didn't go through with that. Since we still needed things taken care of we were back to square one. We looked online and found robert and at first were a little skeptical because of the reviews but needed help so reached out to at least get more info. So glad we did because they ended up taking such good care of us that after everything was settled we left a $100 tip to just say thanks, (my aunts idea). If you're skeptical i definitely recommend reaching out to see how they can help, my only constructive criticism is according to my aunt who had most contact with them we had to follow up a couple times but nothing excessive. We just figured with the pandemic and how the processes go its to be expected. 5/5 tho and are going back if we need anything in the future

I have closed multiple transactions with the Cheely Team and have found that they are superior to any other law firm I ever worked with. I will continue to use them in my future deals. Very responsive, and have a lot of knowledge in real estate, will always recommend them

Horrible experience! They are always asking for extensions on their closing dates. They delay the process over a month!!! They can’t get it together.!!! As a seller I didn’t receive my check the day of the sell; I had to wait 2 two business days. Would not recommend this firm!!

I have an attorney but needed some additional information. My current atty is not a good communicator and the legal assistant in Mr Cheely's office was very knowledgeable and able to give me good basic information that I can bring up with my atty.

Beware! This is the worst attorney ever! I wish I knew how bad his service was. At my closing, he never showed up. He send his secretary which knew nothing. Besides that I paid for his service and I didn't receive it. He should have rescheduled if he couldn't make it but I found out when I was there that he wasn't going to come and he send his secretary. There was charges that came up which Noone was able to explain because my attorney wasn't there! The loan officer had not mention or I sign anything in regards..later found out my forms were changed at closing ..they must have pocket all the extra charges. Roy Taylor my loan officer and cheeley screw people. I was given the highest rate considering I had a perfect credit score. HE ALSO PUT ME ON A LOAN THAT DID NOT ALLOWED ME TO DO A REFINANCE. I WISH I NEVER HAD GONE FORWARD TO CLOSING. AND MAKE THEM RESCHEDULE. DON'T TAKE THIS RISK.. YOU WILL BE SCREW.

I used this firm for a simple question and they did help... I was trying to rent a house and something about the process of the rent was fishy so I figured to check with and attorney. I called this firm randomly after finding them on google maps and the lady who answered the phone give me an explanation right away. She helped me and told me what to do, So I was helpful. thank you
