I just went for a consultation regarding an immigration case. Simple & straightforward case. Sponsoring my mother.,who’s here in US legally & I want to change her status. The price I was quoted for the lawyer’s services was honestly laughable 😂 $8500 & the Government fees $2500 but in the paralegal’s defense she wasn’t really sure but you’re working in a law firm you should know. I went to a more reputable firm in Oakbrook with a 5 STAR reviews & they were $2500 cheaper. I still have time I’m shopping around. Btw I know the exact USCIS fee $1760.00 & the lawyer fees should not exceed more than $4K & that’s pushing it . Wait time no more than 24 months & the nice lady at DIAZCASE said 3 to 5 years. Not knocking them down but I see why they only have 3 ⭐️ reviews. I think the paralegal should be well trained & not give bogus advice or information.

Had hire them for my immigration case I paid them the full amount and after they said I need to pay them every 6months for my case still being open even though that had already charger a lot for the case . Shortly after I found out I was a legible for u visa n paid them to apply for my u visa never got a call from them or ever spoke with the lawyer it self got tired n hired another lawyer as my court date was coming up n found it they never filed my u visa I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER LOOK FOR SOME ONE WITH 5 star rating don’t not hire this one

por favor no ballan a este lugar no pierdan su dinero ni su paciencia no saven lo que hacen son muy groseros nunca puedes hablar con ellos disen que te ban a llamr y nuncs llaman me estafaron con 9 mil dolares y solo me regresaron 1500 y me dejaron todo a medias no caigan en la estafa
