Doug Johnson is an aggressive lawyer who works very professionally to get the job done! He got the case dropped from a maximum of 7 years DOC time down to probation!!! I’d say that’s a job well done! I can’t thank him and his team enough for bringing my brother home! JLG is the best in the area!

My son was facing a lengthy sentence in Illinois Department of Corrections when he was represented by a public defender. However, when Doug was retained as counsel he was able to get the State to agree to probation, something that we never thought was possible. Thank you Doug and Johnson Law Group you are all amazing!

He refused to investigate the case. He likes to parade in like royalty. He lied to his client and sent his own client to jail due to lack of representation. You are risking everything by hiring this money hungry individual.

My best friend was their client and I was with him when dealing his case with this company. Initially Johnson group told us they will take care and do their best to win the case as it was an easy case. Even though my friend's case got denied as Johnson law group did not work effectively and not even present in court to defend during the case date. Eventually we lost. Johnson Law Group charge a high fee but they don't work accordingly, poor performance and we had really worst experience with them. I will never recommend this law group to any one.

I can not speak highly enough of this firm. The client was facing a minimum of 2 year prison sentence. After being let down several times by another attorney, we reached out to this office. Not only was the entire office involved in the case, but the Doug specifically pushed the states attorney until he received an offer that everyone involved in was happy with. On the pretrial date, the client was released from custody within 30 minutes of the court start time. And to add, the judge was even hesitant on the offer, but with amazing expertise of the law and his clients case, Doug was able to show that agreed upon offer was in the best interest of everyone involved. Again, this office was exceptional from beginning to end, which once we got them involved was only 34 days (client was facing two felonies and two misdemeanors).
