Rob represented me on the sale of my house. He was very proactive when it came to informing me of the process, what needed to be done when and next steps. He made himself available and was very responsive to any questions and concerns that I had. I had spoken with other lawyers previously who seemed only interested in answering the specific questions that I asked rather than actually guiding me through the process - not what I would expect from someone who is supposed to be acting in my best interests. I would highly recommend working with Rob and wouldn't hesitate to reach back out to the firm if the need arose.

Rob Finegan was assigned to me so to represent my interest with the sale of my house. As my Power of Attorney, Rob reached out to communicate with me almost immediately after having received the signed POA. He was very diligent and professional throughout the process as I am no longer a resident in the area. Whenever issues related to the sale arose, he was there working to reduce my stress level as well as getting the paperwork in order. Phil Finegan is an OUTSTANDING Attorney! My son had an issue on Campus at ISU and Phil was able to guide us through the entire process to an amicable resolution. He knows the law extremely well and how to best handle a very complicated situation. He brings a demeanor to the table that helps the entire family cope with a high stress situation. Felony charges are complicated and need to be understood to deal with correctly. Phil was able to explain in a very professional and understandable way the process, what to expect and the best way to handle the situation at hand.
