I was referred to Kanoski Bresney by a close friend after my accident. I could not have been more pleased with Todd Lindquist and his assistant, Janine. They were always accessible by phone or email to answer questions, give updates on the case and guidance as I had no idea how it could be so complicated. My experience with this company was excellent. I worked with Roby and Kaylee. Both were professional and easy to work with. If I had questions they were very quick to reply and worked hard at getting my settlement taken care of in a timely manner. Our son who had just turned 21 years old was hit by a car and suffered multiple life threatening injuries. He was in a coma for 18 days. We had trouble finding an attorney because of the low limits of insurance involved. The woman who hit him only had liability insurance so there was no money to be made. Todd Bresney was a shining light in this horrible darkness we found ourselves in. He gave us wonderful advice. He explained that we could go forward with a law suit but possibly end up with nothing or we could settle. He said because of the severity of my son's injuries and the low amount of insurance he wasn't going to charge us anything. Mr. Bresney and his staff worked to take care of all the claimant paperwork and walked us through everything. He got us the max settlement available. He truly was a wonderful guide at such a horrible time. I highly recommend Mr. Bresney and his team for all your personal injury needs!
