Had 1 initial discussion to review a business easement. Indicated that one additional item was needed to generate an opinion. I provided that information the next day and confirmed receipt. I never heard back or had any additional communication until receiving an invoice for $290. The description of services provided wasn't even accurate. Waste of time and very deceitful on what they will provide. Beware of this business.
