Joe did my bankruptcy case and he was awesome! He was with me every step of the way. His secretary, Lea, is also great! She was very helpful and followed up on some paperwork and saved me some time. Definitely recommended!

I worked with Joe and Michael recently on a speeding ticket and they were great. Very communicative and also explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend them definitely if I needed assistance in the future.

Mike was extremely professional and courteous. He helped me take care of the entire process from start to finish and was very well mannered and receptive. Everything I wanted and more for a reasonable cost. If I had to do it over again, I would choose PP&N.

Definitely needed a lawyer and they helped me out and got me visitation with my son. Honest lawyers who want to help people with integrity.

When you seek out a lawyer, its mundane, you want a good lawyer but do not want to break your bank, and its often for a upsetting reason. When I had to get a lawyer I was in a very low place in my life, my life literally got turned upside down and I did not know how I was going to get out. in July of 2020 I called Mr. Nichols and I retained him, not because it was my only option but because he listened to my very odd situation. I didn't care that I called him on the weekends when cops were at my house, he didn't care that I asked him the same question over and over again. He made me feel seen and heard, and that is why after a year and a half plus I have stuck with him and his team. I cannot say enough good about this team because it isn't only the lawyers, it is their paralegals as well. Rebecca was on her game, always made sure she checked on things that were taking a little longer and made sure you had the paperwork and understood the paperwork and the process (seen how I am only 28). hopefully I don't but IF I ever need a lawyer for something I will not hesitate to call Pioletti, Pioletti, and Nichols.

Joe was great to work with and helped to get a traffic violation reduced without my needing to appear in court far away, and without any points on my record. Thanks, again!

Typically, when you are seeking the help of a lawyer you are not having the best time of your life. However working with Michael made the process very smooth, and as easy as it could possibly be. The entire team is professional, and works hard to help as much as possible. My issue was handled quickly and efficiently. Michael communicated very well and concisely answered all my questions, providing direction along every step of the process. I could not have hoped for a better team, or a better outcome. Highly recommended!

Mike and Rebecca have been amazing! We were lost and didn't know where to turn when we began our family court journey but they gave us hope and helped make the process much easier. You don't always find an attorney's office that genuinely cares about you but Mike and Rebecca definitely do!

I only gave one star because I cant leave 0 stars. I hired this law firm to help take care of adjusting my child support, visitation with my daughter and to take care of a warrant from a court date I accidently missed. Mr. Pioleti showed up to court (via zoom) always unprepared, seeming to never know what as actually going on with the case and made me look bad to the judge several times because of documentation he claimed was never received that I did actually gave him. His paralegal was continuously out of the office on vacation and was never helpful in the process. I eventually fired Mr. Pioletti as it was obvious my best interests were not a priority to him. He showed up to 3 more court dates via zoom even after I told him i wanted to part ways and again he acted like he had no idea of this happening. I had to tell the judge i no longer needed his assistance. He was showing up to court dates I never hired him to show up to. I called him several times to ask when he was actually going to take care of the child support and the visitation and he said he would get the paper work. That never happened. After several months of asking, I was finally given a statement where all $4,000 was spent and there were quite a few arbitrary charges were made including him asking another attorney for information he didn't know about. I essentially had to pay for his incompetence. After firing him, I returned to court to find out the warrant was still in place. He never attempted to help with anything I hired him for originally and now I'm out $4,000. I have attempted many times to contact the office for an explanation as to why none of what I hired them for was addressed and I get no response. I would highly advise finding someone else when it comes to family law. Pioleti will not fight for you nor will he do what you hire him for. Do to his unethical practices and not acting in my best interest, I now have to go to the Board of Responsibility to file a grievance in hopes of a resolution.
