A criminal in Normal ,Illinois contacted me and claimed he was a family member that was supposedly revealed through a DNA website. I am not involved with any of those DNA websites and told the person to get lost. Boom !! This person filed two false domestic protection orders against me in Illinois. I live a thousand miles away and needed to get an attorney in Illinois. After much research I reached out to Rachael Moore Perry. Rachael had a great practical background,court room experience and a great team behind her, including Karin Miller an excellent paralegal also with the experience I needed. I was shocked that a convicted felon could arbitrarily file false reports through the court without consequences. Well Rachael Moore Perry and Karin Miller proved that you can’t!!, The offender did not even show for the first complaint but instead of it being dismissed my legal team made sure that the case was heard, dismissed with prejudice. The second complaint was dismissed also, again with prejudice. Furthermore my lawyer filed motions for sanctions against the defender. The judge forced the person to FULLY pay all my attorneys fees. My defense was free. Justice prevailed, a person cannot use the court to harass ,intimidate or extort. I felt confident and at ease with Rachael and Karin and for good reason. They are the dream team of the Midwest
