Mike is an amazing custody attorney, he works hard for the rights of his clients to ensure the outcome is in the best interest of the child. My husband used him for his custody case and Mike and Rebecca went above and beyond to ensure my husband was well represented in the process. They fight hard for the rights of a father and would strongly suggest them to anyone needing representation in the family court system especially fathers looking for a fair custody agreement for their children.

I was going through a divorce and I am not from Illinois so I did not know who to reach out to. I did quite an extensive research till I came up on Pioletti, Pioletti & Nichols Law Firm. I was very nervous as the other law firms I spoke to previously made me feel like I was just another number. I called a left a message to what I thought was just a general mail box thinking a case manager was going to call me back. I was quite shocked that it was Mike Nichols himself calling me back to go over my situation and what the next steps were regarding my divorce and what he believes he can do for me during this time. I felt at ease, confident in my decision and I didn't feel rushed or forced to sign anything I didn't know about. My divorce took a year to be finalized, only on the part we were waiting on the decision on other party, but I was very happy with the outcome. No matter what I was informed with every type of communication from their firm. From calls, text messages and even emails. Even when the divorce papers were signed they were in the mail and I received them within 2 days! This firm is definitely on top of everything!
