Mr. Nichols was very helpful with the Scott's Law ticket I got as we were driving thru. He said since there was video that showed another emergency vehicle in the left lane, there was a good chance he could get the ridiculous fine reduced. No promises. He came thru 100%. Very easy to talk to and reassuring!
