I would say save here for your last resort. The Woodford county location is the worst. The staff was nice yet, the attorney (Don Pioletti)himself was an overpaid public defender. Consultation sounded promising with all the help he could provide to absolutely do nothing but say " this is one of the worse counties to be in, you're just going to have to see what happens". He doesn't return calls within 24-48 hours. Very condescending and belittling instead of explaining like he should. Just overall bad representation for the money he asked for. For this county, I wouldn't deal with any local attorney. We the people are their table talk at golf clubs and the local community outing. Going local is like pooping where eat. I should have gone to Peoria and you should too!

After hiring a terrible attorney (stay far away from Ronda Glenn!) for a (what should have been) cut and dry divorce case, I started looking for a replacement. I am SO glad we found this firm!! Mike has been our attorney and Rebecca our paralegal and both have went above and beyond (and got this done SO fast!). The communication cannot be matched - I can text Rebecca whenever I have a question/update - and they are beyond kind. Before, I had to worry if the attorney was in my corner, getting things done, etc. With this firm, I’ve never questioned it once! If you’re looking for a kind, professional, get-things-done firm, this is it! Rebecca and Mike cannot be matched! Thanks again for making my life a little easier.

This firm was absolutely amazing managing my divorce case. My team consisted of Mike Nichols (attorney) + Rebecca Rogalski (paralegal) who work together, collaborate, answer questions at all times of the day or night and truly looking out for your best interest without giving unrealistic expectations. If something is unreasonable, they will tell you. Communication is absolutely top notch and exceeded my expectations as e-mail, text, calls and in-person meetings were all used appropriately. They are more than fair on their billing as they clearly aren't the typical "nickel and dime you to death" type of firm. In the end, the investment into the partnership paid for itself and then some given the overall outcomes which would've been much sooner than the 18 months had the opposition had the same values (and modern communication methods) as Pioletti Pioletti & Nichols. If you see this review and are looking for an attorney, schedule a consultation and you will see why they are the team to hire.
