I was so overwhelmed and stressed out with the insurance companies, medical bills coming in, and worry over lost wages while trying to recuperate from the accident. Very helpful with explaining the legal process of a DUI. Terry made it as easy as possible to understand what needed to be done in order to get my license back as soon as possible. Felt very comfortable having him handle my case!!

At first everything was going good and I had no complaints. Then when the first settlement offer came in I was told it was just under 24k. I accepted the offer only to be informed a couple weeks later that they had made a mistake and the real offer was 12k and since I had already accepted the offer I lost nearly 12k with no change to their fee. I would not recommend using this law office.

I chose to retain Mr. Dodds after a long first conversation about my situation and what it ment for me. Every sense he has always taken the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on, as well as having my best interest at stake. I am overall very pleased with my outcome and would recommend you retain him. He cares, and you can tell by the late hours he works/ responds to your communication to him as well as when he is speaking to you. 10/10 recommend.

When I hired Terry Dodds for my DUI case, I became well assured right away as he showed me that he is a well-informed and experienced lawyer. He informatively explained to me about legal things, and to-do steps regarding DUI. He guaranteed that he would do his best to help with the case, which he absolutely did. As a lawyer, Terry has a cool and calm demeanour and he clearly understands me as one of his clients and gives me well-informed decisions to make. In the end, I didn't get out of my DUI but he reduced my sentence in ways I wouldn't have expected, which is a lot to say. All in all, Terry Dodds is an excellent lawyer and I myself can't imagine having a different lawyer than him.

I didn’t feel like he was fighting on my behalf, at the moments I felt like he was not paid by me to defend me but I paid him to defend the county. I never had any traffic tickets in my entire life , and there were potential reasons that he could’ve raised on my behalf but I didn’t see none. In fact, he missed a court date or two. Before I hired him as my attorney, he was pretty well explanatory but after that every time I talked to him may be once in a few months, I felt push back and resistance to each and every point I raised to help dismiss my case or bring it to a lower level. Most frustrating part was my case lingered on for almost 7+ months. That’s being said, I would strongly suggest to look for another competent traffic lawyer in that county and save additional stress for yourself.
