My case was an extremely difficult one. I felt hopeless that I would not get the result my family needed. This all changed when I retained my lawyer, Michael Fenger of Allison and Mosby-Scott. The firm worked hard on my case to produce the results I needed. Though my case was out of Livingston Co., they were still willing to represent me. My case was resolved in a timely manner. While my case was being resolved they helped me obtain more time with my child until custody was restored to me. Their dedication and passion to my case was unwavering. Because of my lawyer Michael Fenger and Allison and Mosby-Scott, my family is restored and I can be a full time mother to my child again. I contacted Bloomington Legal Services to update my Will. Everyone from the receptionist to all the legal staff were very helpful. They were patient w/my questions and explained everything in the process of updating the Will. Jon is very easy to talk to. What I like best is he lays out the plan and does it. I'm still waiting on my former wife's lawyer to return documents that Jon created and she just had to review. Jon doesn't put "you" down on his priority list.. when he says he will do something he does it.
