Still waiting on a court summons from you guys buyer beware!

I couldn't be happier with the support and results that I got with Wendy Maulson. She did not steer me wrong and was very patient with me as it was a frustrating time. I appreciate all of the staff at the Bloomington Law Group. They were quick to respond and very helpful through it all! Michelle is awesome! She is responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and very friendly. Michelle and our paralegal, Heather, helped me with a tough case and I achieved the result I was looking for.

I was lucky enough to get Michelle as my lawyer she has been amazing. I knew I was getting a good lawyer to begin with but I will say the service I get is more then I expected. Her paralegal that I work with is amazing in every aspect. I knew Michelle would be good in court when the time came but I had no clue she was that good. To say she destroyed the other lawyer would be a understatement. I still have more to go but I will absolutely say she is worth the money 100% and I’m very thankful to have her and her team in my corner. If you are looking for a honest hard working lawyer/team you can’t go wrong hiring this law office.

If you are in a contentious legal situation such as a divorce, I would highly recommend this place and wouldn't go anywhere else! I went through a vindictive divorce that lasted 4-1/2 years (including an appeal to the divorce) and can honestly say that this firm was a divine intervention. I started at another local firm that did a horrible job and left me in a desperate situation, depressed not seeing my children hardly at all, and the only thing they cared about was the money. The other firm even tried to coerce me into accepting a mediocre parenting plan and did not look out for my best interests at all. Then, I was able to switch to Allison & Mosby-Scott after a period of time and starting day 1 Michelle Mosby-Scott singlehandedly improved my situation. Before this firm, my ex would threaten to call the police if I wanted to see the kids at daycare on my day off (during her time). Michelle put an end to that immediately! Michelle also had a conversation with the Guardian Ad Litem on our case to fill him in on what's going on and I believe that is what ultimately led to me having 50/50 custody, which I felt was the best arrangement for our children. We ended up going to trial for four days and Michelle did an amazing and thorough job and was well prepared for everything that we went through. With Michelle by my side, I felt protected and knew that things would work out fairly. The whole experience was terrifying - if my ex received everything that she asked for I would not have been able to provide for myself or my children. I thank God everyday that Michelle (and Michael Fenger) and their staff were on my side. The difference with this firm compared to some others is that they are extremely thorough, good at what they do, and CARE about doing the best job possible! They are also super hard working, as I would often receive emails from Michelle at 11:30 p.m.! During my appeal and throughout the entire divorce / trial, the briefs submitted by the firm were thorough and well done. If you're in a difficult situation, I wouldn't look any further than Allison & Mosby-Scott. I think about what my life might have been like had I not found this firm - seriously!! I barely saw my kids, and was looking at an ex who was unreasonably asking for more money and assets than I could possibly imagine having! I am beyond impressed with the great care that I received here and honestly owe my livelihood to them. Michelle and Michael and the rest of the attorneys and staff were super professional, kind, approachable and always treated me with respect and dignity. This is a first class operation in every aspect! Once I hired this firm, literally everything went in my favor due to the excellence and hard work that this firm exhibited. At the end of the divorce, the ruling went in my favor. For the appeal of the divorce, everything went in my favor. And I attribute this to the care and the detail that AMS gave to my case. This firm was so well prepared on every hearing that they often made the opposing attorneys look bad. Angela Skinner my G.A.L quit halfway thru the case. Not reliable. Didn't return my calls. Ordered A $600 hair screen then quit after I paid for it. This group has had 2 employees quit in the last month. Why then would two Top employees leave the firm?? Leaves question. And she did not provide the services she signed up for and worked from the office of Allison mosby and Scott so which she then represents your firm if her office is in your building and she represents herself at the time as working for you. Fact is she fell far Short of her assignment.

I was very pleased with how they were there for me with every question I had. The office of Allison & Mosby-Scott and my lawyer Angela made me feel like I was a human being not a paycheck to them. Very friendly when I had to bring my 3 year old with me to appointments with my lawyer. They just understood!! I would highly recommend the office and Angela Skinner!! Angela did a amazing thorough job!! I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer for a very long divorce case involving 4 kids. Thanks a ton for everything!!!
