I am a local small business owner and have had Giamanco Law Partners help me with numerous business dealings; ranging from contract reviews, patient referrals/consults, and other legal services. I have also used them for personal home sale/purchase and POAs/Wills etc. I have worked with 4 of the attorneys here through those various specialties and each one has been very professional, responsive, and overall goes above and beyond to help. From the moment I met Melisa I knew she was the right attorney for me. She is very direct, yet kind and thoughtful. She is super smart, knows the law, and is willing to fight for your rights. If I can rate zero stars, I would! The attorney Nick never called me prior to the first court date to find out what the case was about. The first court date he showed almost an hour late. He would not let me submit my evidence despite the FACT the judge said we could submit any evidence such as texts, letters from witnesses, etc. Every time he asked me to send him something I did. He even had me get the police report when he should've been the one requesting it! He was very lazy throughout the whole case. I had to call him every time to follow up with him, when in fact he should've been the one calling me after I gave him the information needed. I could've actually did this without him, because he didn't do anything, but make an appearance! This was a complete waste! I was referred to this law firm through my employer. They send out a survey also and I will definitely let them know my experience was not great at all!
