Cori represented my daughter in a debt collection case. They had been trying to intimidate and strong arm her into paying exorbitant fees and penalties.
It all stopped once Cori got involved.
Cori kept us up to date on the progress of the case and in the end negotiated a very fair and reasonable payment plan that fit my daughters abilities to pay.
Coris fees were very reasonable.

I was being sued by a large multistate collection attorney/company for a debt I didn't think I owed. Phyllis Roman meticulously went through every aspect of the complaint and motioned for different lines of defence as the case progressed. The Plaintiff ended up settling for a tiny fraction of the suit. Because of her trial expertise and knowledge of the law she saved me from a $100,000+ Judgement which would have impacted my family for the rest of our lives.
