I contacted Giamanco Law Partners to handle a contract dispute. I spoke to Phyllis Roman, paid the fee, and she sent me a letter of representation. I also sent her documentation about the contract in question. Then... nothing. I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for a status. I called the office twice and asked for a return phone call and she never got back to me. This went on for 30 days. Finally, I called the office and spoke to another attorney. He said he would look into it. Later that afternoon, he called back and said, "Come and pick up a check for a full refund; she's too busy to take the case." I wasted 30 days of time on this and it was unacceptable that she couldn't even send me a simple email or return a phone call to let me know.
