James was an excellent lawyer throughout our process of purchasing a lot. He is incredibly responsive and on top of every aspect of the transaction. Everything went very smoothly, and he explained all of the nuances in easy-to-understand terms.
I highly recommend working with him, and we will work with him again once we finalize building a home.

My fiancé and I just purchased our first home. We had the pleasure of working with James Kuo as our real estate attorney. I highly recommend going through him! Kuo is very detailed and customer oriented in his approach. It was a pleasure working on a house deal with him. We ran into a situation where the seller was relatively hard to work with but Kuo did a good job navigating the difficulty in the process.

J. Kuo Law helped make our property closing Easy and Seamless!! J.K. was engaged with the process at ALL times making himself available whenever needed.
