Do NOT hire this attorney. This guy is a fraud. He will quote you a low fee and a day prior to closing, he will say he will show up for closing only if you pay a higher fee. He is totally unprofessional. He does not return your phone calls and emails and does not keep you updated on the status. If you hire this attorney, you will probably not be able to close and you will get screwed.
