Scott is an outstanding attorney! I have had him as an attorney for almost 5 years! He has been great the whole five years! He is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Easy monthly payments. Pre covid Scott did a lot of in person conferences and which he explains all the options and outcomes that could happen in the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a divorce attorney, or custody attorney! Five star attorney easily!

I hired Mr Dempsey for a family law case. After the trial portion he disappeared. Missed deadlines, no communication at all, no return emails, text or phone messages. I had to go to his office to track him down. He blatantely lied to me while I was there by saying he was going to do something that he didnt do. 2 1/2 months later There is still no communication. While I ambushed him at his office I wasn't the only one there for that reason. There were 2 other parties. Up until the last trial day he was excellent. He is a fierce litigator, He was excellent in trial and arguments. But then he just decided to not do anything at all.

If you need to beat an OVI charge, Dan is your guy. Dan is a fantastic attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking top notch criminal defense representation. He was able to prove in court that there was no reasonable suspicion to pull me over by cross-examining the arresting officers with specific questions about the vehicle's position, time, speed, and the reliability of the written police report.
