I went to court totally unprepared for the case and so was my attorney. The attorney that was assigned to me got into an argument with the Trustee so by the time she got to my case she was already heated. The lawyer I had shared my personal notes with the creditors after I told them that they were my private notes and now I'm scheduled to take more time that I didn't have from work . Things were not fully explained to me. I only did this to save my family and now I feel screwed and no one returns my calls.

Ostling assoiates know what there doing. Not high priced . Down to earth people . Lets put it this way my sister did chapter 7 and it was 850 more thru another lawyer .

Ashley Anderson is amazing. She is so helpful and professional and I love working with her. She gets a 5 star from me.

This is the worst legal firm to deal with. This firm has NO resources; meaning the firm doesn't even have the ability to pull a credit report, seriously how is it this firm expects a client to do all the leg work, while a bunch of first year paralegals mess up some the easiest paperwork! This firm should be ashamed that it takes hard working people's money and expect the client to pay or get the information needed!!

Mr. Cisco has been instrumental in gathering information and documentation for my case. He ensures his client is well represented in every part. His kindness and consideration has made me feel like I am important and loosing is not an option.
