My parents needed to get their will in place and Jess made the process so easy for our family. We live in Washington state and while she works out of Illinois, she was always available for questions, EXTREMELY patient and advised my parents on the best way to phrase certain things in the will to avoid future estate issues. I couldn't recommend her enough!
