I highly recommend Spiros Law. Sandra Loeb and her team have been fantastic with communicating every step of the way. The process in itself is lengthy, as any legal case is, but her team made sure to keep us informed about all aspects as it unfolded. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending them to anyone that needs help navigating the legal process of workers compensation claims.

First time having to hire a laywer. They answered every question I had in a very timely man or and did an amazing job fighting to get the best outcome possible!!! Again can not find the words to say how great it was having Miss Loeb and her team representing me!!

After being rear-ended in a construction zone on I-74, I decided to get in touch with Spiros, having seen some billboard ads. I was connected with Ms. Soucie, had a consultation and was immediately impressed by her candor, knowledge and kindness. I immediately felt validated that my experience was legitimate and my desire to be compensated a completely reasonable reaction to the injury the other party caused me. After hiring Ms. Soucie, I also worked with another lawyer briefly and Ms. Jennifer Boswell, who performed a LOT of record requests, research in those records, billing reviews, medical record reviews and so forth. Throughout the whole process, which spanned a number of years due to the presentation of my injuries over time, I was never rushed to reach a settlement, my questions were answered, updates were appropriate and candid. Ms. Soucie and her team gave a balance of both hope for an outcome I could accept as well as keeping to reasonable expectations. Hope and feeling cared for in this legal context is important, as the process can last a very long time and it could be easy to throw your hands up and take a poor settlement offer. Reasonable expectations are also important to keep us grounded and not go further in the process than makes sense. Through the years, Ms. Soucie and her team didn't only reach out strictly for legal updates or requests, but offered holiday cards, hellos and other check-ins. I don't expect 'friendly' service from a law firm, necessarily, but it was a relief to have. It happened that the outcome was perfectly in line for what I was hoping for. I hope I never have the need for her services in the future. If I do, I surely will choose to work with her again.

After 2 1/2 years, from the date of my Work related injury, I had been doing a volunteer bathroom remodel for a close friend who happened to be a disabled Vet. After the interview I was either emailed or txt messaged any requests for approval or questions on how I would like to proceed.
