Very efficient in taking care of my case, kept me up to date and very informed.

After 6 months of dealing with this law firm, I can honestly say, it was a mistake to choose Spiros Law, P.C. Our attorney was fine, however, I do believe that they lack the office support to really get into a case. There lack of wanting to try a case, or fight for their clients, or for that matter do the hard leg work it takes to make the case for a client. A lot of smoke and mirrors, when the settlement was offered, and the insurance company was not going to budge, the choice was given that even if we fought the case, the pay out would be less than the settlement. After speaking to the Dr.'s we found that Spiro's will try to get the cases to settle vs. taking them to court. Especially when it is not a large payout. So after agreeing to settle, and finding out that the insurance company did not actually pay for any of the medical bills, of which we will file a complaint with the proper authorities. Spiros advised us, that the settlement check, would be available to pick up in their Champaign office, as we did not want it mailed. Well, oopsy, we go to pick up the settlement check, and low and behold, we were informed that someone in the office made a mistake and put it in the mail. So now its 2 days later and no check in the mail. We do not recommend Spiro's Law for your personal injury needs. If you have a personal injury case, we suggest you do your research, find a local, attorney and make sure they fight for you.
