I was injured in an accident that was not my fault. After approximately a year of dealing with that person’s insurance company, I contacted a local attorney. Bill Tapella and his staff were great to work with, and began immediately to alleviate my concerns with regard to my suite. During the course of my case, Mr. Tapella joined Spiros Law. At first, I was understandably apprehensive; however, my concerns were short-lived. Immediately after I was contacted by Alison Kimble, I realized that I was in good hands. Something that was challenging for me was that my place of business changed medical insurances during the course of my case. In addition, I also became a Medicare participant, which was very confusing for me as a private citizen. Ms. Kimble was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and considerate. She was available to answer any questions, kept me up-to-date on the progress of my case, including any delays while working with the insurance companies and overall was a calming influence. I was very pleased with the settlement that I received. Without the guidance of first Mr. Tapella & then Ms. Kimble, I have no doubt that any financial settlement I personally could’ve reached with the insurance companies would have been considerably less. Both lawyers were outstanding. I would also like to give a big “shout out” to Bo and Nicole, two assistants I worked with during the course of my case. In my previous professional life, I was also an assistant and so I can appreciate everything these ladies did. They were amazing and kept the lines of communication open. I was a victim of an auto accident where I was a passenger and the driver was under insured. Even though that was the case, Miranda was able to negotiate with the hospital to get the bills down and I was able to keep a vast amount of the insurance money. Would definitely recommend..
