Don, Chris, and the whole team were remarkable during my buy side condo transaction. All of their communications with me, my lender and the seller’s attorneys were timely and precise. As a first time condo buyer I was happy that they led the process while keeping me informed and allowed me to learn along the way.

Selling your house is an event that has just as much an emotional impact as a financial one. It’s hard to keep your cool, especially when there are bumps in the process. Everyone here with whom I interacted was patient and explained everything even when I was worried I was losing it. I also had some delicate issues that required advice, and Donald called me on the phone right away with his excellent off the record suggestions. Chris worked with me the most, and despite the fact that outside problems kept interfering, they kept treating me like a top tier client even though all those extra hours (months!!) didn’t change the flat fee they charged. Total professionals.
