Dennis and his team were amazing! This was my first home-buying experience and he made it seamless. I was met with a lot of delays from the seller's side but Dennis kept me updated the entire process. He was extremely responsive even on the weekends and throughout the holiday season. He truly had my best interest at heart during the negotiations and I left the closing knowing I had the best possible deal. I will definitely use Dennis as my attorney in my future purchases!

Mr. Kiolbassa is a phenomenal individual as well as the top notch professional in his field. If I had to choose top two qualities that define him I would easily choose ethics and the great knowledge in his field. A little bit more on these qualities: I have known Mr.Kielbassa since he got out of the law and business schools. I was one of his very first clients, and in the period of the following years I have seen him consistently exhibit exemplary ethics, integrity, and the hard work, always advising me appropriately what would be in my best interest. Whoever chooses him for his lawyer, accountant or the business consultant, that person will certainly have the right guy watching for their interests.. Mr.Kielbassa is the nicest tough guy I have ever met!!!!

You want to have Don on your team in any RE transaction. As first time home owners, Don helped my family purchase our condo in the Chicago area 5 years ago. His professionalism, knowledge of RE law and responsiveness stood out.
