This is a wonderful law office -- capable staff, diverse in knowledge and abilities, prompt, reasonably-and-competitively priced, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their services! I have worked with them for multiple real estate transactions and have always been pleased.

We recently worked with Don and Chris while buying our first house. The service we received was exceptional. Chris was incredibly helpful when answering all of our first time home buying questions. He was also very responsive, he responded same business day every time. The contracts prepared were done accurately and professionally. Don came with us to the closing and was helpful in explaining all of the documents to us. Don and Chris were both fierce advocates for us. We would highly recommend them.

Donald Hyun Kiolbassa and his assistant have been the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. Always attentive, listening to my concerns, explaining options, responding to my requests, returning calls, emails and texts promptly. All transactions were explained thoroughly and always viewed in my best interest as the customer. Went beyond the required actions to help move the process along, particularly during the Pandemic and quarantine. I am thankful to have Donald represent me and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a real estate attorney.

We worked with Don and his team to close on our second house and we couldn’t be happier. When we bought our first home, the attorney (not Don and his team) literally was asking my wife and I what we thought some of the paperwork meant. Dude had no clue. By comparison, Don’s team was on. The. Ball. And I stress the word team. Like four different folks helped us work through the closing documents in their office. They explained everything and made sure we had zero questions or concerns. Beyond closing, Don was 100% available to chat with me about my concerns in the buying/offer process. I was able to email or call him up to ask his opinion on contracts we wrote or response we received. All for a flat rate, too. Don is just a really cool guy. If I ever sell this house and buy another, I’ll definitely call him up again.

Don and his staff were extremely professional, helpful, and informative throughout our entire closing process. They were quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. All the stress and anxiety that can occur during the closing process was taken away by their thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and follow-ups.
