I had an appointment scheduled at 4 today, I missed their call when they tried to confirm appointment an hour prior to my appointment due to being at work. I called back many times after to confirm my appointment but they did not receive my calls. I also left a voicemail stating that I will be couple mins late. When I finally arrived at the office, they said that the lawyer who was supposed to attend me had already left. Just because this was a free consultation appointment, the sheer carelessness was such a disappointment to see. I am almost convinced to not proceed with any other services with this office

Do not hire James Teich. He literally dropped me as a client without even talking to me, when my retainer ran out and never gave me a chance to refresh it. His actions damaged my case due to his lack of professionalism

Worst Lawyer ever, Not willing to help you at all, rude and not helpful. I was actually speechless of how rude and unprofessional the lawyer was. I would not suggest anyone to go there.
