My husband and I are extremely appreciative for all the help and support we received from Robert and his team. Robert has helped my family with various immigration services from petitioning for my husband residency, completing my citizenship and consulting on other immigration issues. Justin was a great help in getting my E3 visa sorted. As this was my first time applying for any sort of visa, I had a lot of questions and Justin had the patience and knowledge to answer them all thoroughly. I hired Nestor Vicario of Milla Vicario to help me with my DACA application. I cannot tell you how happy I am with his services and staff! Mr. Vicario was always available, always responded to my emails and calls the same day and most importantly for me, he always showed that he cared about my case. I do not know Robert but Nestor is complete fail. He is unprofessional. Instead of he is giving me advice with my money, I had an advice from my friend who had that opinion from his lawyer. He charged me $1500 as ''retainer'' so we had 1 meeting, multiple phone calls, one time I made him to call officer and some copying. I asked him to refund me ''some of the amount'' he was threatening me taking me to court. He is just an amateur. Keep in your mind!

It's indispensable to have a good lawyer at your side to walk you through the process. I felt that exactly when I went to Nestor. He is experienced and knowledgeable, which is the most important aspect when I look for an immigration lawyer, because immigration is a complicated matter and often times case by case. You don't need a lawyer who just wants to follow the standard process without knowing how to deal with specific scenarios. Nestor knows what he is doing so well that he can give you clear guidance during each step. He knows exactly what immigration officers are looking for so I was prepared. Also, Nestor is very approachable and down-to-earth, unlike the stereotype of arrogant lawyer. He always answered my questions timely and patiently. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. I recommend him to anyone needs help with immigration.

I absolutely recommend attorney Milla. He assisted my brother in a very complicated issue with his adjustment of status case (I-485 application). Mr. Milla was very knowledgeable about the immigration process and was patient with us since we had many questions about what to expect. Attorney Nestor Vicario assisted me in applying for citizenship here in Houston, TX. My case was very complicated because of prior arrests.
