I had Mitch Furman as my lawyer to help with my case involving my daughter Olivia. He showed up to court smelling of liquor and cigarettes. He was very unprofessional. We are the customers, but, he thinks he runs the show. Not cool. Anyways, I just thought I would write this review to help anyone considering him as your lawyer. He lied to my face. The scribble scrabble he wrote on a piece of paper as “ an official court document “ was the lie. While he told me that I lost my rights as Olivia’s mother; I am still her legal guardian, as I have never signed her away. I have confirmed this with the courts. I am eligible to go back anytime. With all of the emotional distress that Mitch has put me through; I will definitely be coming in for my compensation under the American disability’s act. I have all of the evidence in my possession, even the large packet that took me 8 hours to put together for the judge, that he had refused to pass along as it would have helped my case immensely. I also have to bring up the fact that there were other parties involved in this charade. I was not even allowed in the courtroom half of the time and it’s my case. So something fishy went on behind my back. Then I get a letter from the courthouse and I bring it to their attention. They seemed a bit nervous about it. They told me, “oh we’ll never send you another letter ever again, and you don’t have to do anything.” Well I investigated, and I found out the truth. It shall be revealed in due time.

Just received a massive settlement for my mother in-law through the Personal Injury Lawyers. The attorney William Schuster who handled the case was amazing in negotiating with the lien holders and was able to reduce the cost of hospital, physical therapy and even the chiropractic office fees, leaving her with even more money. Robert is an excellent immigration lawyer. I was able to get my status approved with his help, every case is different, but I just want to say it was a pleasure working with him. He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable since day one of introducing my case. I always got responses right away and was able to book appointments if available for the same day or within a couple of days, he is always ready to answer any questions and very professional.
