I was never able to speak with an attorney at any time about my SSI case. I was never prepped for my hearing so the attorney didn't know any details about my case. Because of the way it was handled, I didn't receive any back pay which would have been a considerable amount. My message to anybody else is if you can't speak directly with an attorney handling your case, find another attorney. At the very least the attorney can help you manage expectations about your case.

I wouldn't recommend contacting them regarding any employment matters. You will get a secretary who's not even an attorney, telling you nonsense on the phone. A lot of ads, and a whole lot of nothing. Zero stars.
